Meet The Founder
Our Founder: Latice Daniels
Latice Daniels brings over 30 years of expertise to the mental health and developmental disability fields. Her career is defined by decades of leadership and service, having served as both a Program Director and Program Coordinator for one of the nations largest non-profit organizations. She specializes in building opportunities that empower individuals to live with independence, dignity, and a clear sense of purpose.
Her work is driven by a simple but powerful belief: every person deserves to be seen, supported, and truly valued. For Latice, this isn't just a professional philosophy—it’s a life mission. She consistently goes above and beyond the typical office setting, whether she’s cheering consumers on at Special Olympics or attending weekend community events, she believes in the power of action and leading by example.
